Absolute Invoice Finance, the specialist financier, has appointed Andy Redman as associate director to its Yorkshire office in Cleckheaton.

Redman rejoins Absolute after three and a half years with the asset-based lending team at Barclays in Leeds. In his new role, Redman will focus on servicing clients with an annual turnover of £2m - £20m.

The appointment follows the recent acquisition of Absolute Invoice Finance by Aldermore Bank, a new name in British banking, which provides specialist financial solutions to savers and small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout the UK.

Dave Jones, regional managing director at Absolute Invoice Finance in Yorkshire, commented on the appointment:

“We are delighted to welcome Andy back to the team. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in the industry and a wealth of contacts in the region, which will be vital in supporting the continued growth of Absolute’s Yorkshire office.”

Andy Redman, added: “Following the news of the recent merger with Aldermore Bank, it is a really exciting time to be joining Absolute. I look forward to helping the firm make full use of its larger funding pool and assisting in the expansion of its product and service offering to new and existing clients.”
