Netstore Plc, (NES) a provider of IT managed services and IT security to the mid-market, has announces that Ian Daly will step down as Chief Financial Officer.
Daly will leave the Netstore Board at the end of September following the Company's preliminary announcement of results for the year ended 30 June 2007, which will be made on 14 September. Graham Kingsmill, Netstore's new Chief Executive Officer said: "I would like to acknowledge and thank Ian for his dedication and commitment to Netstore during the last two years. Actions are underway to identify Ian's successor and we are confident that an announcement can be made prior to Ian's departure to ensure a positive transition and business continuity." Ian Daly joined the company as CFO in March 2006 following the acquisition of Intercea where he was Commercial Director and co-founder since 2002. He has worked in the IT and Telecoms Industry with recurring revenue business models since 1998 firstly with Uniquair and subsequently with Integra- Genuity. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross in 1987 following a degree in Mechanical E ngineering at Edinburgh University. |
