| Godfrey pulls out of SMC Group appointment |

Caroline Godfrey, who was to take up the position of finance director and company secretary at the architects and design business SMC Group plc, has decided not to proceed with her appointment.
SMC said that she had left the company with immediate effect due to personal circumstances arising from a family bereavement. Robert Boardman, who recently took up his role as corporate development director, will be acting as finance director and company secretary until a new appointment is made. The group announced that Chris Littlemore has taken up his role as managing director of SMC (LSE:SMC) with effect from 1 February. Related links |
