Persimmon Plc has appointed Richard Pennycook as a non-executive director with effect from 14 March 2008.
Pennycook, 44, is group finance director of Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC, a chartered accountant and graduate of Bristol University. John White, chairman of Persimmon (LSE:PSN), said, “We are delighted to welcome Richard to the board. He has a wealth of experience and expertise which will be of great benefit to Persimmon as we continue to develop our business." Pennycook’s previous roles include group finance director of RAC plc, a non-executive director of Richer Sounds plc and finance director at HP Bulmer Holdings plc. Related links |
