PetroNeft Resources plc has appointed Paul Dowling, chief financial officer, as an executive director.
PetroNeft (LSE:PTR) is an oil exploration and production company with assets in Tomsk Oblast, Western Siberia. Dowling, 36, joined the company in October 2007 as chief financial officer. He is a chartered certified accountant and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. In addition, the company also announced the appointment of Ernst & Young (Ireland), as the company’s auditors.
