Liberty Plc, the AIM-listed Regent Street retail emporium, has said that its finance director Crispin Mardon will be leaving the company to pursue new opportunities.
He is to be replaced by Paul Harris, who will join the board of Liberty as finance director, from mid-May. Harris has been financial controller of Liberty since joining in 2006. He previously held significant financial positions at Kurt Geiger and Selfridges & Co. Geoffroy de La Bourdonnaye, Liberty’s (LSE:LBE) chief executive, said, “We would like to thank Crispin for his effort and contribution over the last three years in moving the business forward.” Related links |
