| Tan joins board of JSM Indochina |

Vietnam and Cambodian focused retail and residential investment and development company JSM Indochina Ltd. has appointed its chief financial officer Rowell Tan to the board.
The appointment is with immediate effect. Tan, CPA, 39, has had a career spanning over 18 years, the most recent as a Partner in Deloitte Vietnam since 2003. JSM Indochina said that his broad and diverse range of skill sets includes high quality business advisory services covering financial statement audits to enterprise risk assessments. He has considerable experience in a number of key sectors working with major multinationals from telecommunications, banking to real estate. Tan has had over 13 years experience working in Vietnam and was one of the first foreign accountants to receive the Vietnamese CPA qualification. Craig D. Jones, chief executive officer of JSM Indochina, said that Tan represented a very high quality hire for JSM Indochina when he was appointed as chief financial officer in November last year. “His financial experience, local market knowledge and relationships with key service providers within the region have been invaluable to our business,” Jones added. JSM Indochina Ltd. (AIM: JSM), which has been established for the purpose of investing in Vietnamese and Cambodian real estate, focusing on the development and management of high specification retail and serviced apartment assets in leading urban cities. The company listed on AIM on the London Stock Exchange on 2 July 2007, raising US$220 million. The firm aims for mid-to-long term shareholder returns. Related links |
