News in brief: Panamanian leak; SME finance;

According to the BBC major banks Credit Suisse and HSBC have both dismissed suggestions that they have actively used offshore structures to help clients avoid paying tax. Both firms were named in yesterday’s huge leak of around 11 million documents from Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca.
