We are now recruiting for an Audit Assistant Manager to join our team.
Typical Activities will include:
•Identify and communicate and convert sales opportunities for audit and other service lines. •Develop and maintain strong external network of business contacts. Contribute to proposals for new work including presenting to client.
•Plan and manage assignments effectively.
•Ensure compliance with internal (methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements
•Deliver assurance services in accordance with the principles of the Client Service Framework
•Assemble an appropriately skilled team for each assignment
•Manage key client relationships and expectations
•Contribute to the management of total service provision to client
•Monitor budget and agree fees for each engagement
•Liaise with all service lines
•Recruit, counsel and coach staff
•Manage the capture and sharing of knowledge from assignments
•Contribute to internal projects
•Plan and manage own performance and development
Skills and Experience
•ACA (ICAEW, ICAS, Irish Institute or equivalent international) qualification - preferably first time passes
•Relationship management skills with the ability to manage client expectations
•Develop and manage internal and external networks
•Business development skills, able to identify opportunities to sell work
•Project/financial management skills, ensure multiple projects are completed on an accurate and timely basis and within budget
•Team and peer leadership skills
•Team player with the ability to create, sustain and lead teams
