An opportunity has now arisen for a Business Analyst / Financial Market Analyst to join their team.

In this role you will work on behalf of their Finance Programmes Office and MBA Office that are responsible for managing and marketing the School’s portfolio of Finance and MBA Programmes, as well as supporting about 1,000 participants who attend these programmes each year.

As a Business Analyst / Financial Market Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the two programmes in achieving their revenue and service and quality targets by:

- monitoring similar programmes at other institutions and recommending how this may affect the MBA/Finance programmes strategy
- consolidating and analysing data on the programme’s participants/enquirers and identifying trends
- analysing data from the programme’s surveys/questionnaires and identifying opportunities to improve service quality
- identifying new trends in business education
- providing ongoing support on strategic reviews of curriculum and department projects

To succeed in this role you must have previous business analysis or market analysis experience from within education or finance. You will also need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.

Additionally, as a Business Analyst / Financial Market Analyst you must have advanced knowledge of MS Office, experience with databases and the ability to work under pressure.
