Operating in the fields of agriculture, engineering and communications this International Company has vast experience in developing businesses in emerging-markets. They require a CFO with blue chip/emerging market experience to manage the operations and administration of their subsidiaries across Sub Sahara Africa. Reporting to the CEO you will be required to take full responsibility for the financial reporting of all group operations. In addition to Finance you will be required to introduce and manage the development of new systems, processes and controls. Along You will be expected to have previous business experience in Africa and will need to travel to subsidiaries to build strong relationships, conduct an annual balance sheet audit and liaise with both colleagues and suppliers. The successful candidate will have excellent negotiating and communication skills and will also have a proven ability of managing and leading change within a company.
