Our client is a newly formed London Housing Group with an asset base of £1.5bn and a substantial development programme delivering 500 new homes annually.

Working with the Group Finance Director and Jointly leading the finance senior management team of 3 direct reports, you will provide financial control and financial business support to the organisation. You will manage the production of the statutory accounts, regulatory reporting and the annual audit process as well as providing new business investment appraisal and treasury management for the group.
They have also merged 2 organisations and there will be a need to develop the financial systems and processes ensuring 'best in class' performance across the organisation.

You will be a qualified accountant with broad experience as a controller of a medium to large business and will have had responsibility for a team of at least 10 people. Property/Housing experience will be advantageous.
