
- Control all financial matters, including maintaining full compliance with SAR and Money Laundering and provide relevant financial information to the partners.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
- Develop and implement robust policies, procedures and controls.
- Provide analysis of financial performance by partners and fee earners.
- Advise partners on how best to invest and utilise profits
- Ensure all insurance policies are in place
- Liaise with external advisors.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant who has worked in a professional services environment and ideally a law firm to ensure a good understanding of legal specific practices such as SAR.
- An ability to communicate financial matters effectively to non-financial professionals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, down to earth and able to demonstrate commercial acumen to advise partners.
- A hands on accountant eager to take on more.
- Currently residing in the UK.
