Director Shared Services - Retail

This global market giant are seeking an innovative leader to manage the Shared Services. This position will manage multiple teams and job functions, including Accounts Payable (resale and expense), Payments and Vendor Maintenance. The ideal candidate will be skilled at continuous process improvement, managing in a fast-paced, vibrant environment, and managing relationships with internal and external business partners. Key responsibilities will be to lead a diverse team of approx 50 staff responsible for number of international accounts payable operations. You will also partner with internal and external business partners from a variety of industries and cultures, measure process quality, identify defect root causes, minimise defects and implement process improvements. The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading a Shared Services or Accounts Payable function, preferably in the Retail.
