Divisional Head of Finance (ACA, ACMA, CPA, ACCA) - The Overview:
Base salary to circa £130,000. Package to circa £200,000+.
Location - Staines, Middlesex (Relocation assistance available).

We are recruiting for the largest division of BGS for a Divisional Head of Finance with extensive operational experience. This candidate will be part of the BGS Finance Leadership team (reporting to the Finance Director of BGS); as well as being part of the Divisional Leadership team (reporting to the Divisional Managing Director).
Divisional Head of Finance (ACA, ACMA, CPA, ACCA) - The Vacancy:
Working beside the Divisional Managing Director; the Divisional Head of Finance will be:
Driving continued double digit growth year-on-year.
Driving operational performance and efficiency in the field and office.
Further improving customer satisfaction through improved service and flexibility.
Further increasing employee engagement.
Contributing to strategic direction and growth plans.
Continued product growth is key; and so too is the continued development of fundamental marketing understanding.
Leading a team of 15 staff across 6 locations.
Divisional Head of Finance (ACA, ACMA, CPA, ACCA) - The Person:
The successful candidate must have a demonstrated track record of significant success and career growth within large blue chip businesses.
The Divisional Head of Finance must have demonstrated extensive operational leadership; shaping and growing a multi-million pound business.
Must demonstrate credibility in operational finance roles in a large company ideally with a diverse field based workforce.
Exceptional commercial background with a track record of making real business decisions that affect a large workforce.
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, CPA, ACCA) ideally with post graduate business education (an MBA for example).
The candidate must demonstrate serious passion; robustness of character; and a relentless drive to succeed and to deliver better than expected results.
