THE COMPANY
Recognised as a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural and steelwork structures, our client is part of a £120m Midlands based listed group. Following a strategic group review and reorganisation, they now wish to appoint a high-calibre Finance Director for two of its growing businesses who is capable of ensuring total financial integrity and control as the division continues its expansion programme.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a small finance team you will be responsible for the production and timely delivery of accurate financial and business information to support the achievement of business objectives for two group businesses with a total turnover of £8m. This will include providing forecasts and monthly accounts, meeting statutory requirements, as well as analysing the results, making the finance function add real value to the business.
THE PERSON
o Professionally qualified you will be looking to develop your career in a practical hands-on finance role.
o You must be technically strong with good analytical skills and have the confidence to present information in a clear and precise manner both internally and to appropriate external parties.
