With an outstanding R&D pipeline and more product launches to come, we need a commercially aware Finance Director to drive the next stage of our evolution by optimising our return on investment as we continue to grow our UK business.

About the role
As a member of the UK Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in driving and reinforcing our high performance culture through your contribution to key decisions that affect all aspects of the business. You will be directly responsible for ensuring our compliance with international finance standards, legal requirements and reporting deadlines to our European parent company. In addition, you will be responsible for directing our IT and Facilities functions in the UK.

About you
To excel, you will need to demonstrate significant financial experience and a proven ability to influence at board level. An ability to think and plan strategically, with excellent knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and Sarbanes Oxley is also essential for the role. Your naturally strong team-working skills at all levels across the company will maximise your impact and add real value to our bottom line.
