Due to international growth, this global information services company is currently seeking a Finance Director. This is a unique opportunity that would suit a high calibre Financial Controller looking to make the step into an Finance Director role.

In this role you will have full responsibility for the P&L as well as overseeing finance in emerging markets and global offices. Reporting into the European CEO and Senior VP, key deliverables include:

- Providing Board with financial analysis and forecasts required for strategic decision making
- Providing three year plans and strategy documents
- Working with Director of Business Development to provide due diligence, project evaluation and business case review
- Cross-border cash-flow management, acquisition accounting and invoicing procedures for new foreign offices
- Complete month end results commentary and annual statutory accounts

Applications are invited from qualified accountants with strong technical accounting skills and good exposure to IFRS standards and experience with consolidated reporting systems (Oracle is essential). You will be an assertive and persuasive communicator at all levels with a strong grasp of commercial issues, and will have demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
