Croydon Churches Housing Association is a highly successful community-based Housing organisation owning and managing 1300 properties in the South West London area. With a strong and stable management team, we are in the top 15% of the Housing Corporation's Efficiency Index of England's Housing Associations, small is not only beautiful but efficient.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Senior Management team you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 people in delivering the financial management and support for the organisation. A major part to this will be to develop and take ownership of the strategic financial plan and to become an integral part to the company decision-making process.
You will also be responsible for ensuring first class financial management, working with your team to deliver the company’s statutory reporting, management information, business planning, financial processing and financial systems development. There will be a further need for you to play an active role in working with external parties including auditors, banks and joint venture partners.
ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified, you will have had significant practical experience as a Senior Finance Manager within medium-sized businesses. A strong people manager, you will be looking to work closely with a Senior Management team and to develop your executive leadership experience.
