THE COMPANY
As an established manufacturer of components for the automotive sector, our client is a multi-site division of a £120m Midlands based listed group.
Following a strategic group review and reorganisation, they now wish to appoint a high-calibre Interim Divisional Finance Director, capable of ensuring total financial integrity and control across five of its sites as the division continues its expansion programme.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Divisional Managing Director and leading a small finance team you will be responsible for the production and timely delivery of accurate financial and business information to support the achievement of business objectives for the five group businesses. This will include providing forecasts and monthly accounts, meeting statutory requirements, as well as analysing the results, making the finance function add real value to the business.
THE PERSON
o Professionally qualified you will be comfortable operating in a practical hands-on finance role.
o You must be technically strong with good analytical skills and have the confidence to present information in a clear and precise manner both internally and to appropriate external parties.
