Our client is an AIM listed integrated wealth management group with two operating companies. Currently expanding their Financial Planning team, they are now looking to recruit an experienced, technically proficient Senior Financial Planning Administrator.
For this role you will need to be a team player with the ability to work in a fast moving, highly pressurised environment, and you must be able to work to deadlines and possess strong time management skills.
As a Senior Financial Planning Administrator you will be responsible for supporting Consultants by ensuring that their work is carried out efficiently and accurately, so that they can concentrate on securing new clients and business.
Your duties will include:
- meeting preparation including diary management, preparing valuations and application packs
- database administration and record keeping
- assisting the Consultant with research in preparation of reports
- processing new business
- assisting with reception and post duties when required
To succeed in this role you must have extensive experience in an IFA environment and you must be FPC3 qualified (or equivalent). You will also need to be confident, highly organised and able to deal with insurance companies.
Numerate and educated to A level standard (or equivalent), as the Senior Financial Planning Administrator you must also be confident using the following: Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Adviser Office, Exchange/ExWeb quotation packages, and Aequos research tool (or similar).
